To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and operational excellence, we are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Engineering Supervisor to join our Engineering Team.

Job Description
If you have a strong background in engineering or maintenance supervision, we would love to hear from you. As our Engineering Supervisor, you will support the Engineering leadership team and oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across the resort, ensuring our property, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for supervising and assisting with maintenance tasks, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safety and compliance across all engineering operations.

Daily Tasks

Oversee and carry out general maintenance and repair work.

Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily engineering tasks.

Ensure prompt response to guest maintenance requests.

Conduct and document preventative maintenance and inspections.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures.

Preferences

Proven experience in engineering, building services, or maintenance supervision (ideally within a hotel, resort, hospital, or similar facility).

Strong knowledge of building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership or team coordination skills.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
