My client is a Global Services provider who are looking for an enthusiastic payroll professional to join their established team on a 12 month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their payroll knowledge / skills OR for someone who is already established in their payroll career and is looking for a collaborative team and company.

Responsibilities:

• Checking payroll data prior to pay-runs
• Generating payroll batches
• Creating bank files
• Processing payroll through Salesforce
• Adhering to tight deadlines - ensuring pay checks are complete
• Investigation of discrepancies
• Liaising with various teams to ensure payroll data is correct
• Ah-hoc payroll reporting

Requirements:

• 6-12 months experience working in payroll capacity
• Basic understanding of payroll processes
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• System savvy
