TEAM CULTURE. We work as one team, not panel beaters vs painters. Friday BBQ / Team lunches allow us to bond as one, always including plenty of friendly banter.

YOUR ROLE TO PLAY.

As an enthusiastic panel beater, you're at heart of the operation, ensuring that you maintain high quality and standards that adds to the business profitability and growth. You will need to lead by example for apprentices, and set high standards to ensure other team members succeed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Assess damaged vehicle and components to assess the required repairs.

• Use various tooling and techniques to repair or replace damaged parts.

• Ensure that repairs are completed within the specified timeframes and to or above industry standards.

• Collaborate with leaders to provide job sheets and detailed reports on repairs on time.

• Maintain an organized and safe workspace you can be proud of by following health and safety regulations.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in the automotive field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle body repair and restoration practices.

• Familiarity with various bodywork techniques, materials, and tools.

• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
