Auto Mate Smash Repair is a family owned business that has acquired one of the leading smash repair centers in Orange, Regional NSW.

It is a partner repair workshop for all major insurance companies. We are looking for an experienced full-time Panel Beater to join our fast-paced, rapid repair workshop.

About the Role.

Panel Beater

Primary Responsibilities

· Assessing & Repairing Damages caused by accidents

· Ensuring the vehicle’s framework aligns with the manufacturer's specifications for road safety.

· Using metalwork techniques to remove dents and repair damaged panels.

· Ensure the finished bodywork matches the rest of the vehicle.

What We are Looking For.

Trade Certificates for the tradesman, Full Work rights.

Proven experience as a panel beater, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Ability to work and complete jobs with minimal supervision
