Position: Experienced Barista

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of barista experience

Ability to set and adjust the coffee grind for optimal flavor

Ability to open the cafe and set up the coffee machine

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Positive attitude and a genuine love for coffee

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our standards

Set and adjust the grind to ensure consistency and quality

Early start for the opening shift

Provide exceptional customer service

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work efficiently both alone and with other team members
