Esperance Hope Island is a 5-star bespoke waterfront retirement community and is on the lookout for great talent to expand it's Food and Beverage team. Boasting unparalleled facilities and services, your workdays are spent in a picture-perfect waterside environment.

Starting July/Aug, we have 2 part time roles available.

As a residents and Esperance guests-only café & bar, these roles focus on delivering memorable experiences that keep residents and their loved ones coming back.

We're looking for energetic & enthusiastic F&B staff who love making genuine connections with customers. Being part of a small and dynamic team, you will enjoy all facets of a café & bar operation and have an eager eye for detail and presentation.

Morning or afternoon weekday shifts – currently a minimum of 25 hrs. per week and opportunity for additional hours on a Saturday morning or ad hoc event.

To be successful in these role’s you will:

· Genuinely love coffee, cocktails & food.

· Be a ‘can do’ person with a positive attitude.

· Have previous café & bar experience.

· Be able to prepare and serve a variety of food items.

· Have a high attention to detail.

· Hold a QLD RSA.

· Enjoy having fun!
