The Role – Senior Dental Assistant
We’re looking for a Senior Dental Assistant who is ready to take the lead.

This role is ideal for someone with experience who’s ready to step into more responsibility and help shape the overall team’s success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the smooth daily operations of the clinical area & supporting the reception and administration area.

Managing clinical stock, ordering, and inventory control

Supporting and mentoring dental assistants and new team members

Upskilling the team and driving a strong training culture

Identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and assisting dentists to become more efficient

Leading by example in patient care, infection control, and clinical excellence

You’ll play a hands-on role, both in the clinic and behind the scenes, and have a direct impact on the patient and team experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly experienced in chairside assisting (minimum 2-3 years)

Confident managing stock and clinical protocols

A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude

Passionate about mentoring others and improving team performance

Detail-oriented and organised

Always looking for ways to improve systems and outcomes
