About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team based at the Keswick office. In this role, you’ll manage and resolve customer complaints and enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
You may be assigned to a specific area of Customer Service depending on business needs, and some after-hours work may be required during outage response events in the satellite call centre.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
Respond to enquiries and complaints via phone, email, CARE, REX, and written letters
Source information and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
Manage follow-up, escalation, and close-out of all customer issues
Maintain detailed and accurate records following internal processes
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using computer systems and CRM/enquiry platforms
A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
