Health104 is an integrative health, wellness and fitness centre located in Middle Park. Spanning five levels, our facility blends medical, fitness, and holistic wellness services to support long-term health and vitality.

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining front-of-house spa concierge duties with hands-on remedial massage therapy.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional client service while also using their massage therapy skills in a modern, fully equipped recovery and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and guide clients through their spa and recovery experiences

Manage bookings and daily operations for spa services including infrared sauna, hot magnesium spa, and ice bath therapy

Perform remedial massage treatments tailored to individual client needs

Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards

Support clients with education on aftercare and follow-up services

What We’re Looking For

Diploma of Remedial Massage (minimum)

Current health provider number, first aid & insurance

Experience in client service, reception, or wellness concierge roles

Confident, well-presented, and professional

Strong interest in holistic health, wellness, and recovery therapies

Availability to work evenings and weekends is required

2x part-time positions available
