We are currently seeking a Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team based in the Melbourne.

About the Role:

Exciting opportunity for a person who is passionate about aged care, and supporting the ageing and elderly. The successful candidate will have a strong client service focus with demonstrated ability to maintain strong ethics and care.

This role involves a variety of Remedial massage therapy services provided to HCP and CHSP clients:

Provide therapeutic massage for pain and chronic pain management

Massage for muscle tension; gentle massage etc.

Support clients with acute and chronic conditions

Contribute to holistic client care plans and work with the Allied health and Wellness team

Encourage clients to be engaged with managing their own health

Provide timely reports including but not limited to client visits, client notes, client care plans and assessments

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Diploma in Remedial Massage

Registration with a professional association, such as the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) or Massage and Myotherapy Australia (M&MA).

Understanding of Duty of Care and respect the needs for confidentiality in dealing with participants and their families
