About the Role:

On the Go Physio is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing mobile allied health team. This casual, flexible role is ideal for a therapist who thrives working independently and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians in their own homes.

You’ll primarily be providing remedial massage services to clients receiving government-funded Home Care Packages, supporting their mobility, comfort, and quality of life. As you’ll be entering clients' homes, your presence, professionalism, and kindness are just as important as your hands-on skills.

Treatments are on an ongoing basis, usually weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This provides a lovely opportunity to build rapport and build a solid case load.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, client-centred remedial massage therapy in a home-based setting

Assess and tailor treatment plans according to individual client needs and health conditions

Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and communication

Build rapport with clients and their families while maintaining professional boundaries

Liaise with care coordinators and other health professionals as needed

Travel independently to scheduled appointments

Requirements:

Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher)

Current membership with a recognised professional association

Current First Aid & CPR certificate or willing to obtain

Public liability and professional indemnity insurance

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Police check

Experience with older adults or in aged care settings is highly regarded
