About the role
FIRST ROLL : We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our team at Cool as patios' for the Sunshine Coast area.

We require a labourer to off side our main builder, no experience needed but some knowledge of power tools would be a bonus, but not required. We work all over the sunshine coast, own transport is required. Rate of pay would depend on skill level.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the installation and construction of patio structures and carports

Carry out physical labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials

Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively

Collaborate with the main builder to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Immediate start

What we're looking for

Previous experience is a bonus as a Labourer or in a similar trade role but not necessary

Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions

SECOND ROLL:

We are also looking for a 2nd applicant to be trained to lead our current experienced labourer to finish jobs once our main builder has set up the build.

This role would suit a person who would like to expand their already knowledge in the building industry with 2 + years of experience in the construction industry.

This role would suit someone willing to learn new skill and run a team.

We are looking for someone to has eye for details.

Must have own basic tools (or willing to purchase)

To finish the jobs at a high level that is required

We pay a hourly contractor rate pending on skill level + super.
