We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a fantastic, long-standing team at our client's modern precast yard in Central Echuca. This is an ongoing, temp role with excellent potential for growth as the company continues to expand and be a major player in shaping Australia's infrastructure and buildings.

No direct precast experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training. We're keen to hear from individuals who are:

Your transferable skills are valuable! We encourage applications from those with experience in:

• Construction, general labouring, or trades assistance.
• Farming or other physically demanding roles.
• Concreter's and Bricky labourers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in all stages of precast concrete production: preparing moulds, steel fixing, welding (training provided!), pouring, and finishing.
• Safely handling and moving materials.
• Operating machinery under supervision (full training provided).
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Contributing to the creation of high-quality precast elements for major projects across Australia.

• A C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport to commute within the Echuca region.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
