We are a small family company who specialises in partial demolitions and internal strip-outs at residential and commercial sites. We are a small team of 6-7 people and need someone who would like to fit in with our small group who likes a laugh but also willing to work hard.

Our work varies from location to location (from city locations to outer suburbs and also regional) so the person would need to drive themselves to the location each day.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• experience in construction/demolition;
• own tools an advantage;
• any experience in operating an excavator, skid steer, EWP’s would be a bonus;
• be physically fit;
• can pass a drug and alcohol test (it may be required on some sites);
• have a Construction Industry Card (White Card);
• have a Victorian Working With Children’s Check;
• speak, read and write English;
• travel is required, and you must be willing to travel to, from and between jobs so drivers licence and reliable transport is essential.

You must also have a high attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment in a safe manner. Your ability to work with minimal supervision within the team environment, display a positive & self-motivated attitude and be able to demonstrate sound problem solving skills will have you well suited to this rewarding and exciting position.
