About the Role:

Join a team making a real difference. We're looking for a dynamic Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to lead and coordinate care for patients with terminal illness through our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service (CSPCS). Based at beautiful Clare Holland House in Barton, right by the lake, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and support to deliver compassionate care through both our outpatient clinics and Home-Based Palliative Care. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to enhance quality of life for patients in their final stages, while enjoying access to serene outdoor areas, tea rooms, and a supportive environment that includes allied health, pastoral care, and administrative teams.
