About the Role:
As our Duty Manager, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, bar, and bistro. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations of the bar, restaurant, and accommodation areas

Delivering exceptional customer service — you’ll know the regulars by name!

Leading and motivating a small team

Managing cash-ups, stock control, and basic admin tasks

Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations

About You:

Previous hospitality or Duty Manager experience (hotel, pub, or club)

Friendly, reliable, and hands-on — you love making people feel welcome

Good organisational and leadership skills

RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence
