As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and self-driven Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a contractor capacity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously and thrives in a supportive but independent environment. Our clinic model is different from larger hospital or group-based settings — you'll be managing your own caseload, with a 30+ person waitlist from day one, and making clinical decisions with a high level of autonomy.

Who This Suits

This role would be ideal for someone who:

Has experience or a strong passion for working with paediatric clients

Loves working independently but still enjoys being part of a positive team

Is comfortable managing their own caseload and clinical approach, and is able to make administrative decisions (e.g. what resources to have available)

Is comfortable working under a contractor model

Wants freedom and flexibility without the stress of building their own practice from scratch

Appreciates a clinic culture that’s friendly, fun, and genuinely supportive

Is driven, organised, and loves making a difference in children’s lives

The Essentials

Degree in Speech Pathology

Current SPA membership, ABN, and professional indemnity insurance

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a contractor setting
