About the Role:

You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for processing payroll for SA Government employees. Full training is provided, including systems like CHRIS21, and you'll work in a structured and supportive environment that values accuracy, teamwork, and reliability.

Key Duties:

• Accurately enter and update employee payroll data
• Code timesheets and process leave entitlements
• Meet daily processing and data-entry targets
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure payroll accuracy

What You Bring:

• Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail
• A background in admin, office support, data entry, or customer service
• Great with computers - able to quickly learn new systems
• A collaborative, process-driven work style

Requirements:

• Current National Police Clearance (essential)
• Full working rights, with no restrictions
• Exposure to CHRIS21 and previous payroll experience (highly desirable)
