About the role:

We are looking for a Depot Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Gulgong Depot. You will be an independent worker provided with direction and plentiful support from our Dubbo Depot base.

Our Business Hours are between 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexible options available - choose your days and hours!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our local customers
• Support the Driver team
• Inventory control
• Daily retail reconciliation
• End of month reconciliation
• General administration duties
• Day-to-day depot operations from open to close

Your skills and experience include:

• Previous administration experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
• Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
• Good communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Ability to work unsupervised with remote direction
