About the role

Oldmac Toyota Springwood is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relief Automotive Business Manager (Finance and Insurance) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our automotive dealership clients with their finance and insurance needs, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert guidance and support to our automotive dealership clients on all aspects of finance and insurance products and services

Assisting customers in navigating the finance and insurance process, from initial enquiry to final approval

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and finance providers to secure the best possible outcomes

Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience

Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met within your area of responsibility

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our finance and insurance offerings and processes

Mentoring and training more junior members of the team to drive professional development

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (3+ years) as an Automotive Business Manager or in a similar finance and insurance role within the automotive industry

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets

Detailed knowledge of finance and insurance products, as well as automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
