Role

Day-to-day management and leadership of the branch workshop

Overseeing the operation of the branch, ordering of parts, coordination and allocation of tasks

Driving positive safety culture and mentoring your team

Maintain and develop strong customer relationships

Assist the team with any customer enquiries or orders

Assist the external sales team with prospecting of new accounts

Drive strategic outcomes and financial goals for the branch

Provide support to other branches if required

Skills & Experience Needed

Experience in mining or earthmoving industry in a similar role or if you have previously worked in sales, operations or management are interested in a branch supervisor role

Technical understanding of earthmoving equipment parts, ground engaging tools or engine parts beneficial

Devotion to customer satisfaction

Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and peers

Excellent communication, planning and management skills

Salary and Benefits

On offer is a full salary package a base salary component (negotiable and depends on experience) + superannuation + commission + company perks.
