About the Role:

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality traffic management services to major clients. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll lead by example—guiding on-road teams, ensuring best practices, and championing a safety-first culture every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise on-site traffic controllers, ensuring strict compliance with safety, legal, and industry standards.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and upskilling opportunities to frontline staff.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges and ensure seamless delivery.

• Conduct site and branch audits to maintain alignment with Altus safety protocols.

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative actions.

• Build a high-performing team culture with a strong customer focus.

• Administer Fit for Work testing and support injured workers through effective return-to-work plans.
