We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable person to join our friendly and hardworking Recycling Team. You’ll be working across various sites in the Perth metro area, liaising with a range of customers from tradespeople and suppliers to general consumers.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the grading, sorting, and palletising of recycled bricks, roof tiles, and pavers. You will play a key part in maintaining our high-quality standards and preparing materials for transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, grade, and separate recycled materials according to quality and colour

Palletise products safely and efficiently, ready for delivery

Liaise respectfully with customers, suppliers, and team members on-site

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Follow established safety processes and complete daily paperwork accurately

Support other team members and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, particularly when sorting by colour and grade

Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks

A positive, can-do attitude and friendly personality

Able to work across multiple locations within the Perth metro area

Good personal presentation and communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working independently and following instructions

Current Australian drivers licence with your own reliable transport to get to different locations each day
