Workfast is seeking a Civil Labourer to join our client on the Wellington Dam Road Bridge upgrade project in Falcon Road, Wellington Forrest, WA.

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning civil contractor known for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across WA. You’ll be part of a skilled team working on a significant bridge upgrade in the South West region, contributing to essential improvements in local transport and community access.

What you get:

• $36.50 Per Hour + Penalties
• Monday - Friday - 06.45am (Prestart) - 4.30pm
• 10 Hour Days
• Meal Allowance - $19.00 - After 9.5 Hours
• Daily Travel Allowance - $21.94
• Immediate Start

What you need:

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport
• White Card
• Previous experience in civil construction, earthworks, or demolition
• Physically fit, punctual, and ready for manual labour
• Ability to follow directions, work in a team, and prioritise safety
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Candidates from Bunbury, Collie, or surrounding areas encouraged to apply

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with earthworks and site preparation
• Supporting demolition of existing structures and setup for bridge construction
• Operating hand & power tools and equipment
• General labouring duties and site clean-up
• Working closely with operators and trades to ensure site safety and efficiency
