What will you be doing?

We have split workflows between domestic, commercial, and insurance work, with a focus on domestic and insurance projects.

Renovations of all sizes, decking, framing, and other domestic maintenance.

• Patch and paint repairs.
• Internal finishings.
• Insurance make-safes and repairs.
• Roof maintenance.
  

For those with project management aspirations:

• You’ll receive training in project management methodologies and tools.
• Gain hands-on experience managing small to medium projects.
• Develop skills in budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
• Progress into a dedicated project management role as you grow with the company.
  

If you have experience in carpentry, plastering, painting, or project management… Perfect!

What you will need:

• A positive attitude, great work ethic, commitment, and willingness to learn.
• Plaster experience.
• Paint experience.
• Carpentry/joinery experience.
• Project management experience
• A strong interest and desire to develop your career in the construction industry and project management.
• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Personal van or ute.
• Ability to legally work in Australia.
• Team player mentality.

Salary: 70,000−95,000

Experience:

• Carpentry/Joinery (Preferred).
• Plastering (Preferred).
• Painting (Preferred).
• Project Management (Preferred but not essential – training provided).

Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
