We’re on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Solid Plasterer to join our growing team. This is your chance to apply your craftsmanship and attention to detail on exciting projects, ensuring surfaces not only function beautifully but look exceptional too.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Clean, prep, and prime concrete surfaces for plastering to ensure a flawless application.

Mixing & Applying Plaster: Prepare and apply plaster mixes tailored to the project’s needs, using the right tools and techniques for even, durable finishes.

Textures & Finishes: Create a range of aesthetic finishes—smooth, textured, decorative or custom designs—showcasing your craftsmanship.

Repair & Patchwork: Restore damaged surfaces by patching cracks, holes, and imperfections prior to plastering.

Cleanup & Maintenance: Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure your tools are kept in great working condition.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in solid plastering or similar trade

Strong knowledge of plaster mixes and finishing techniques

Precision, patience, and pride in your workmanship

Ability to follow plans and work both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and site cleanliness
