About the Role:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx 200 properties
- All properties are local to the south-eastern suburbs
- Work from home flexibility & flexible working arrangements
- Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
- Support provided such as for Routines & Ingoings
- A great culture & friendly working environment
Salary, for the right candidate and experience, up to $95K+Super+Generous commissions/incentives in addition to your salary
About You:
- 2 + years managing a residential portfolio
- Current & valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Proficiency in one or more PM systems: RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Reapit
- Professional presentation & corporate attire
- Driver’s Licence & reliable car
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive & a true team player
