What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Installing high-quality refrigeration and HVAC systems across commercial/industrial sites
✅ Reading schematics and executing clean, compliant installs
✅ Guiding apprentices and working closely with project managers
✅ Using tech like AroFlo to log jobs and crush compliance
✅ Representing Ultra with pride, professionalism, and a sense of humour

What You Bring to the Table:

· Cert III in Refrigeration + Full ARCtick licence

· 5+ years of install experience

· A clean licence and a clean finish on your installs

· An eye for detail and a passion for teamwork

EWP, Forklift, and leadership experience = big plus!
