EIM Training, a Nationally Recognised RTO with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a passionate and energetic Electrical Instrumentation and Control Trainer and Assessor to deliver Certificate IV through to Diploma level qualifications to both domestic and international students.

About the Role:
Based in Brisbane, you will engage with students across all levels — from new learners to highly skilled tradies — and play a vital role in supporting training across our remote campuses in Cairns, Gladstone, and the Gold Coast (approximately one week of travel per month, with flexibility).

You'll join a vibrant and supportive team that values innovation, collaboration, and real industry know-how.

What You’ll Need:
✅ Current Australian TAE (or equivalent)
✅ Relevant industry qualifications and recent hands-on experience
✅ A genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed
✅ Fit, energetic, and confident working in a workshop environment
✅ Ability to work independently and contribute to a well-oiled team
✅ Willingness to travel regularly and deliver onsite training
