Little Genesis Early Learning Centre is an initiative of Genesis Christian College, Bray Park and is an early learning centre for children aged from 6 weeks through to Kindergarten. We exist to nurture a love of Christ, a love of learning and a love of life. Little Genesis is a small, 75-place, service that values a more personal and nurturing approach to childcare.

We are seeking an experienced Service Leader / Assistant Director to join our team of passionate educators in our Early Learning Centre, conveniently located on the grounds of Genesis Christian College at Bray Park. Reporting to the Director of Childcare Services, this position will provide operational and administrative support to Little Genesis ELC.

Working within a well-respected and supportive Christian environment, this is a Full-Time position, commencing as soon as possible, due to internal promotion.

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role

Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education and care

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Childhood compliance and Early Years Learning Framework requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to mentor and lead a team

Excellent administration skills with a high level of proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote

Experience in the Kidsoft program or similar Childcare Services accounting and enrolment software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Effective time management skills and exceptional attention to detail

Hold a valid Working with Children (Blue Card)

An active Christian faith
