We’re a busy, well-established metal roofing company based on the Sunshine Coast — and we’re growing fast! H&L has been delivering top-quality metal roofing and cladding services for over 15 years, with a strong reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional service. We work on a wide range of projects from Hervey Bay to the Gold Coast, including residential homes, commercial builds, industrial sites, and aged care facilities.

With plenty of work on the books and more rolling in, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced metal roofers to join our crew. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or ready to step up into a crew leader role, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial metal roofing

• Solid understanding of residential and commercial installs

• Valid White Card

• Working at Heights certification

• EWP ticket (preferred)

• Own tools, transport, and driver’s licence

• A reliable work ethic and ability to work solo or in a team
