We’re expanding and looking for Trainees, Experienced Waterproofers, and Qualified Cert III Waterproofers to join our friendly and professional team working on a variety of residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland.

Positions Available:

🔹 Trainee Waterproofer

No experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn

Full training provided, including support to gain your Cert III qualification

Must be reliable and physically fit

🔹 Experienced Waterproofer

Minimum 1–2 years experience in waterproofing

Able to work independently or as part of a team

Knowledge of waterproofing products and application techniques

🔹 Cert III Waterproofer (Qualified)

Must hold a valid Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing

Experience across various waterproofing systems (internal/external)

Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

Ability to supervise or train juniors is a plus

Requirements (All Roles):

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Manual driver’s license + reliable transport

Good work ethic and punctuality

Must be safety-conscious and follow site procedures
