With a firm commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term client relationships, my client are looking to secure a Tax Partner to support their continued growth and lead a team of professionals.

The Role:
As Tax Partner, you will play a key leadership role in the firm’s tax advisory services. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, mentoring tax professionals, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Assist in growing the firm’s tax service offering and generating new business .
• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, providing strategic tax advice and compliance oversight.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the tax practice.
• Build and mentor a high-performing tax team
• Work alongside the exiting partnership to shape the firm’s future direction and service offerings.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CTA and/or ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of success at either a Director or Partner level within a tax environment.
• Strong technical tax knowledge across corporate and/or personal tax.
• Commercially astute with excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
