We are seeking a Family Lawyer with the experience, gravitas, and emotional intelligence to support, mentor and grow the next generation of talent while helping steward a sizeable practice into its next phase of maturity.

The Opportunity
This is a multi-disciplinary firm with strong ties between its family, corporate, and commercial teams. The Family Law group is a $3–4 million, single-partner practice and offers immediate access to a substantial, engaged client base. With loyal clients, seamless cross-practice collaboration, and well-established referral channels through accountants and advisers, the practice is powered by genuine referral momentum.
Whether you're bringing a client base or looking to build one, you’ll have the infrastructure, goodwill, and latitude to grow.
What We’re Looking For
A cultural fit: Someone who leads without ego and brings calm, constructive energy to the team.
A leader of people: As one of two senior leaders, you’ll share responsibility for guiding a team of more than ten capable and committed Associates. Your ability to supervise, support, and develop others will be essential. We’re looking for someone who sees mentoring not as a duty, but as a defining part of their professional identity.
A grown-up: This is a firm where trust runs both ways. You’ll be given respect, autonomy, and the runway to succeed – whether as a salaried principal on a fast track to equity, or an ambitious SC ready to step up.
What You Can Expect
A custom remuneration structure tailored to your risk appetite and path to equity (typically within 12–24 months).
Work that spans the full family law spectrum – from BFAs for HNW clients, to contested parenting and property matters for sophisticated private clients.
