We’re on the lookout for two bright and enthusiastic Litigation Lawyers to join our dynamic Litigation & Dispute Resolution Law team. The areas of litigation are predominantly in building & construction, general contractual disputes, corporate and commercial, and consumer law.

ROLE 1: Junior Litigation Lawyer with 1–2 years post-admission experience

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with a range of civil and commercial litigation matters across varied sectors and industries

Drafting court pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and advice under supervision

Assisting in discovery, file management and enforcement action

Conducting legal research and analysis to support complex matters

Attending client meetings, mediations and court hearings with senior lawyers

Learning directly from experienced practitioners and receiving real mentorship

What you bring:

1–2 years’ PAE in litigation or disputes (in addition to clerkships and paralegal experience)

Knowledge of the UCPR and Court Practice Notes

Strong drafting, legal research and communication skills

A curious, proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced team

A desire to build strong client relationships and grow your litigation skills

Current NSW practising certificate or eligibility to obtain one

ROLE 2: Litigation Associate with 3–5 years post-admission experience

What you’ll be doing:

Managing your own files across commercial, civil and regulatory disputes

Advising a diverse client base ranging from individuals to corporate entities

Drafting pleadings, submissions, advice and high-level correspondence

Engaging in negotiation, mediation, and representing clients in court

Supporting business development and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

What you bring:

Minimum 3 years’ PAE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution or similar

A strong grasp of court procedures and litigation strategy

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

The ability to balance multiple matters with autonomy and initiative

A commercial lens and client-first approach to legal advice
