New South Lawyers is expanding its Litigation & Disputes team and welcomes applications from seasoned Senior Litigation Lawyers ready to make a real impact. If you have 5+ years of litigation experience and a proven ability to lead files and mentor a team, we’d love to hear from you. The areas of litigation are predominantly in building & construction, general contractual disputes, corporate and commercial, and consumer law.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading complex litigation matters including commercial, construction, employment or regulatory disputes

Managing a portfolio of files with strategic and operational autonomy

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development

Representing clients in court, mediations, arbitrations and negotiations

Advising on litigation risk, dispute avoidance and resolution strategy

What you bring:

5+ years’ PAE in litigation and dispute resolution

Demonstrated leadership in handling complex matters from start to finish

Strong business acumen and client relationship skills

Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers effectively

Interest in contributing to the firm’s broader growth and legal thought leadership
