Robert Half are currently partnering with one of the region's leading healthcare providers in the recruitment of a Credit Control Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with strong accounts receivable and reconciliation skills as you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising debt collection processes throughout the business.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising debt collection processes throughout the business. This will include:

• Contacting clients to follow up on their outstanding invoice payments
• Managing payment receipting and allocation
• Undertaking accounts receivable account reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving accounts receivable invoice queries
• Ensuring customer files are maintained and compliant.
• Spearheading process improvement initiatives in the billing process
• Cultivating key and effective internal and external stakeholder relationships

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in an accounts receivable role spanning at least 2 years.
• Prior experience in B2C collections working environment
• Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
