We currently have an opportunity in Adelaide for a Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Electronic Warfare to join an industry leader. This is a critical role within the business that will be responsible for the development, deployment and support of a Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare system to the ADF.
This is a 6 Month contract opportunity based in Adelaide. Due to the nature of this project the successful candidate will require an active NV1 or NV2 clearance.
This is an amazing opportunity to work on state-of-the-art systems in Defence whilst showcasing your engineering expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Development, Deployment and Support of a Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare system
• Support Model-based engineering activities
• Derive system requirements, define the test requirements and participate in system design and system requirements reviews
• Conduct risk reduction trials and acceptance testing
• Act as the SME for in-service and emerging systems
• Foster a working environment that is focused on meeting the requirements of customers, both external and internal

Skills & Experience required:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience with design and development of Electronic Warfare systems
• Firm understanding of design definition, design development and verification
• Knowledge of Defence project life cycle
• Meet ITAR compliancy
