JA Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and high-performing real estate group to find an experienced Operations Manager to support their growing sales division.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, team support, and getting things done behind the scenes. You’ll be based in the head office in Brisbane CBD and support three additional office locations in Brisbane on a weekly basis.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Director of Sales, you’ll manage daily operations for a team of 20+ agents, as well as two admin staff and a virtual assistant. From onboarding and systems to compliance and events, you’ll be the go-to for keeping everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing onboarding of new agents, setting up systems access and training

Managing compliance including licence renewals, CPD points, and employment documentation

Coordinating team events such as quarterly breakfasts, internal training, and the annual Christmas party

Rolling out new tech, platforms, and systems updates

Supporting recruitment of internal support staff (advertising, screening, interview coordination)

Managing lead tracking, subscriptions, and referral processes

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all office locations

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a real estate or sales operations environment who understands the fast pace of the industry. You’re proactive, highly organised, great with people, and confident working across multiple priorities.
