We seek a highly motivated individual to join and lead our Fitzroy team. A strong understanding of our store ethos and the brands that we represent is an absolute prerequisite in this role.
As our store manager, you must be ambitious, energetic, and driven, with a proven track record in the fashion retail field.

Key Responsibilities include :

Sales leadership: Drive sales and growth by developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Experience: Ensure our customers get the bespoke service we are renowned for. Resolve issues with speed and efficiency. Foster a warm and welcoming in-store experience.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain excellent merchandising standards at all times.

Staff management: Supervise retail staff and monthly rosters. Lead by example.

Reporting: Work and strategize on store budgets to achieve monthly targets
