About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading energy organisation to recruit an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This role focuses on system configuration, user experience, data integrity, and continuous improvement within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

What You Will Do:

• Configure and manage SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, etc.)
• Collaborate with ICT, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise system performance and ensure security
• Lead system testing, data management, and fault resolution
• Build in-house capability to reduce reliance on external support
• Support the implementation of new modules and integrations
• Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold reporting accuracy
• Develop and manage HR reports and dashboard

What You Will Bring:

• 3–4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules
• Solid understanding of HR processes and systems
• Proficiency in system configuration, basic integrations (e.g., APIs), and technical documentation
• Experience in reporting and dashboard creation using SuccessFactors tools
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related field
