Our Noosa store is proud to be a locally owned and operated business, and we're looking for an Inventory Controller to join our growing team.

About the role:

You will work collaboratively with the Store Manager's and team on all inventory management, web 'click & collect' fulfillment, and replenishment, to support the stores sales targets.

As a Inventory Controller your tasks will include:

Receive goods into store, receipting of goods and data entry to ensure stock levels are accurate and maintained

Daily action of web 'click and collect' with no overdue web orders

Conduct detailed ad hoc analysis to understand stock levels, sales performance, in-stock positions

Investigate and correct stock variances

Analyse and provide forecasts and reports for fast selling and slow-moving products

Manage any other stock requirements of a fast-paced, high-volume business

Ensure company procedures and policies are adhered to, including OHS of backrooms

You are a highly organised person with the ability to provide direction

You have strong numerical and analytical ability

You have strong communication and leadership skills

You can prioritise and multitask with the best of them

To succeed in this role, you will have:

2+ Years of experience working in a similar role

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Retail Express experience (desirable)

Excellent organisation and planning skills

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Retail experience (desirable)
