Company
Your new company is a well established food manufacturer with over 40 decades of experience both here in Australia and New Zealand. After securing an additional site they are after 2 additional maintenance electricians for their fixed day shift.

Role
In your role as the maintenance electrician, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the plant including carrying out preventative works and responding to breakdowns. This will also include PLC fault finding and installation of new machinery/capital work projects. Completing preventative maintenance services to a variety of equipment such as conveyors, mixers/extruders, packaging/sealing machines, slicers etc.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

• Trade qualifications as an electrician/Qld electrical license
• Previous experience in FMCG/manufacturing sites
• Experience with PLC fault finding
• Strong RCA/troubleshooting ability
• Previous experience with food or packaging machinery will be highly desirable
