About the Role
Ayr Backpackers' Hostel is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our teams as Casual Farm Workers. This is a great opportunity for those looking to complete the 88-day requirement for the Working Holiday Visas (subclass 417 & 462).

Based in Ayr, Queensland, you'll work on local farms helping to support the day-to-day operations of our agricultural partners.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in planting, picking, packing, and other crop-related tasks

Assist with general farm maintenance and landscaping

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate with farm managers to improve efficiency and processes

Ability to work independently and in a team

Physically fit and able to handle the demands of farm work
