We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support Defence projects. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to keep everything on track.

What you'll do:

Build and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

Track timelines, milestones and dependencies

Report on progress and highlight any delays or risks

Work with project managers, engineers and Defence teams

Follow Defence project standards and processes

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Project Scheduler

Strong skills in Microsoft Project

Previous experience working on Defence projects

Great attention to detail and communication skills

NV1 Security Clearance (must have)

Nice to have:

Experience with earned value reporting or other scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera)

Understanding of Defence frameworks or CASG projects
