Key selection requirements:

Current AHPRA Registration - please note we will consider Endorsed Enrolled Nurses that have completed medication administration education

Experience with cannulation preferable but not essential

Advanced Life Support 1 or 2 or willing to complete

Thrive in a 'Can do/Will do' environment

Excellent communication

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

High level of attention to detail and patient care

About the Role:

Monday – Friday preferred, however will consider school hours. Requires the ability to be rostered at multiple locations including Torquay, Waurn Ponds, Drysdale and Lara

Our team of nurses are responsible for providing a high standard of nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures.

Assist radiologists with interventional procedures in US and CT (sterile technique)

Manage pathology specimen collection and result management

Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, resuscitation and management of anaphylaxis events.

Assist technical teams (radiographers, sonographer) with patients who may require support.

Work independently and collaboratively with a skilled team of Radiologists.
