The responsibilities of the position include:

• Assist in management of client programs, including liaising with operational supervisors to ensure successful outcomes
• Report to management and clients on the status of maintenance programs, including delivery timeframes and works still in tender stage.
• Developing positive and secure relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication by meetings, phone calls, Microsoft teams and emails.
• Providing clients with professional guidance on alternate solutions that are “Fit for purpose” and provide more sustainable products
• Reviewing documentation and quotes prior to submission to client to ensure the proposed scope of works matches the client brief.
• Computer skills including Excel.
• Construction industry experience (desirable)
