Following a $20 million redevelopment, the Club’s iconic, heritage-listed Clubhouse and its 19 guest rooms are reopening with exceptional new facilities for members, guests and staff alike. With a reputation for service excellence and a welcoming yet refined culture this is perfect role for an experienced housekeeping professional.
Permanent part-time (25–30 hours per week)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping function across our 19 premium guest rooms and Clubhouse spaces.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the pre-opening phase, establishing systems and preparing rooms and public areas for reopening. Once operational, you will lead the housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of presentation and service across the Club’s accommodation and shared spaces.
Reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager and working closely with the Front Desk, you will:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms, lounges, dining areas and member facilities
Deliver hands-on leadership, training and mentorship to the housekeeping team
Manage rosters, task allocation, linen coordination and deep-cleaning schedules
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and infection control standards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and presentation
Liaise with the maintenance team to support guest comfort and satisfaction
About you
You are experienced in executive or senior housekeeping roles, ideally within luxury hotels, private clubs or high-end accommodation environments. You take pride in presentation, lead by example, and are motivated by service excellence.
You will also bring:
Strong leadership, training and team development skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and standards
Confidence managing stock, rosters and cross-department communication
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanour
First Aid certification (desirable)
Experience in complaint resolution, change management and quality assurance
