About the Role

This role provides Level 3 support for business-critical ICT systems and contributes to the design, implementation, and transition of technology solutions. You’ll specialise in key Microsoft platforms, ensuring reliability and performance across complex environments while supporting a shared on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and administration across Microsoft technologies
• Lead the management of one or more core ICT systems, with backup support from peers
• Participate in design reviews and project implementation activities
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-prem and 365)
• Manage Single Sign-On and certificate renewals via ADFS and Azure Entra ID
• Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and integration services

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ICT systems administration and Level 3 support
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and Dynamics 365)
• Strong experience with ADFS (v4+) and Azure Entra ID, including SSO and certificate management
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including DevOps and integration connectors
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cluster configuration and Azure release pipelines (desirable)

Existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
