🔧 What You’ll Do

Proactively reach out to existing customers (homeowners and tradies) via phone, email, and chat to offer support and boost retention.

Help early-stage users activate on the platform and get value fast.

Identify accounts that need a little extra help and re-engage them with tailored solutions.

Work closely with our Trade Relations Manager and Sales team to improve the overall customer journey.

Track your activity and share feedback to help us continuously improve.

💡 Who You Are

You love talking to people and solving problems—especially over the phone.

You’re organised, reliable, and great at following up.

You’ve worked in customer service, telesales, hospitality or admin (1+ years preferred but not required).

You’re looking for an entry into tech and love the idea of growing with a company.

You’re coachable, positive, and excited by the idea of helping others succeed.
